I will collaborate with you to figure out what you are looking for in your vacation. We’ll discuss your budget, your destination and the standard/Types of accommodation you are interested in. We will present you with lodging options, transportation, sights to see and/or things to do to provide a day-by-day itinerary & it will be specifically crafted for you.
Steps:
- Collaboration
You will share with us the details of the trip that you are interested in. This is the most important step in the process as it’s the only way for me to really get a feel for what you are looking for in a trip. This can be done by phone call/ chat/ Emails.
- Design
I will get to work researching and using our knowledge and network to craft the perfect travel itinerary for you.
- Refine
I will present you with options for accommodation, transportation, activities, etc. I will make adjustments based on your feedback to craft the ideal plan for you.
- Final Itinerary
Once adjustments have been made, we will present you with a final itinerary that is a mobile app integrated. You can print it out as a PDF or use the app function to access information while on the go. Only the Itinerary making cost Is E50 for each individuals group.
- Booking Your Trip
As an independent travel agent, we are able to coordinate bookings for your trip should you desire that service. If you would rather book yourself, that is fine; however, if you would like to have our assistance for all bookings, we can offer you total cost.
